Who can do Pilates?

The Pilates Method promotes strength and physical harmony for people of all ages (our classes geared for ages 12 & up). When Pilates is taught one-on-one with a certified trainer each session is tailored to your specific needs. Everyone, from elite runners and dancers, to those who are sedentary or rehabilitating from injury can benefit from Pilates.

Class Types:

Reformer:

Workout on our peak reformers to help transform your body by performing exercises that stretch, build and lengthen your muscles. We use modifications for every individual’s needs to accommodate their bodies and allow them to work at their own personal level.

Cardio Pilates:

Using our reformers in combination with our jump boards, make this an interval training workout that raises your heart rate and burns more fat all by lying, jumping and jogging in addition to stretching out your body.

Mat:

Incorporating the fundamentals of Pilates, this class follows the classical exercises on the mat. All levels of students are welcome as we use modifications for every “bodies” needs. We also use small props such as small weights, rollers and magic circles to help engage specific muscle groups and to assist with proper body positioning.
