She became a class assistant during middle school and later taught at a local dance studio for 10 years in styles including jazz, ballet, acrobatics, hip hop, and contemporary. There, she coached a competition team, which won multiple high scores and recognition at the regional and national level. Jesenia continues to teach while working as a behavior analyst with individuals with Autism and other developmental differences.
