Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), created by Marie Walton-Mahon, is an innovative program for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in classical ballet. The program has outstanding success in the use of muscle memory to improve students understanding of core stability, weight placement, and alignment. PBT helps to strengthen the student’s body, assisting with injury prevention and rehabilitation. This program is designed for the serious dancer who is looking to improve their skills and gain more understanding of body awareness.


$15 per class or $65 for all 5 classes

AGES 11-13 Tuesday June 18, 25 & July 9, 16, 23 5:15 – 6:15PM
AGES 9-11 Wednesday June 19, 26 & July 10, 17, 24 6:30 – 7:30PM
AGES 13 and up* Thursday June 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25 5:15 – 6:15PM

*Must have minimum 6 months PBT experience
