Meghan Bowman… grew up dancing at Dallas Powerhouse of Dance in Dallas, TX.  She trained extensively and competed in all styles of dance including Musical Theatre, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap and Hip Hop. She’s performed in several industries including companies such as Taco Bueno, Galderma, and Cadence Software. She was lead dancer and assistant choreographer of Urban Dance and Cheer, an instructional hip hop DVD. She performed Contemporary and Modern with Ballet East Dance Company in Austin, TX. Meghan choreographed for and performed in the movie Rebellious Children of the Unconscious.  She was also assistant choreographer on the SAG film Sister Aimee, where she was also in charge of teaching the lead actress how to tap dance. In 2017, she directed the largest drag show in Texas, Dragoween. She owned her own studio for 5 years which housed a competitive junior dance company and professional performance dance company and has taught at Ballet Austin, Zach Scott Theatre and University of Texas at Austin.  She’s taught master classes internationally from Canada, at All That Jazz dance studio, to Houston, TX, at Stacey’s Dance Studio, just to name a few.  Meghan has judged for many competitions including Camp Pulse and StarQuest International. She was a choreographer for The Dance Project in Austin, TX, and choreographer for Austin Theatre Project, Austin Playhouse, and Austin Children’s Theater. She is currently in school finishing her degree in Tampa, FL, and is the on-air host every week for The Dorm Room on 88.5 FM WMNF. Meghan is the proud mom to two boys.
