Emily Brown, originally from Northern Virginia, received her BFA in Dance from George Mason University, and pursues her dance and choreography careers in New York City. Emily is the choreography assistant for Marinda Davis , as well as company member and dance captain, in her company MarInspired; The Storytellers. She has performed with Company Jinks, The JaM Tap Project, Cat Cogliandro, Hayden J. Frederick, Derek Mitchell Dance Company, Michael Susten, The Difference Between with Talia Favia, and two Kennedy Center productions with Debbie Allen. She has also assisted artists such as Mia Michaels, Attila Csiki, and Chloe Arnold. She continues to teach master classes and choreograph all around the states, as well as Canada and Costa Rica, is a faculty member of WILD Dance Convention and Power Pak, and continues to present professional work in various festivals and shows. She was selected as Featured Choreographer to set the closing number for the PULSE on Tour Final Night Gala in Las Vegas, as well as the Dance Force opening number for Starpower Talent Competition, Imagine Dance Challenge, and DreamMaker Talent Competition.
